I had an epiphany the other day...and it wasn't related to Tim Tebow! The "aha" moment involved the concept of power and the unexpected way it might play out in a meaningful relationship. This new concept, the reciprocal if not paradoxical nature of power and vulnerability, is based on recent formal and informal coaching work with various clients and colleagues. And some investigative work in Webster's Third New International Dictionary helped transform my intuition into insight.
