Paul Kelly out, Efrain Escudero in at HDNet's Legacy Fighting Championships 9

Paul Kelly is out, and fellow UFC vet Efrain Escudero is in against fellow lightweight Jeff Rexroad at this month's Legacy Fighting Championships 9 event.

Legacy officials today told MMAjunkie.com that visa issues forced Kelly off the card.

Legacy Fighting Championship 9 takes place Dec. 16 at Houston's Arena Theater, and the event airs live on HDNet.
